Cherry blossoms are ready to bloom. All Japanese like to enjoy watching the flowers under the cherry blossoms trees. It is called Ohanami.
I prepared some good cocktails of Sakura (Cherry Blossoms)I also ordered some cherry blossoms from Ibaragi Pref. to the party.
Sakura Cocktail Recipe
- Unrefined Sake(Dewazakura from Yamagata Pref)
- Salted sakura frower(24 hours soak the water)
- Sakura liqur (Dover)
Cloudy SAKE makes a good contrast of colors
