Tofu Cocktail & Mizutaki Party

I took a party to make a nice cocktail with TOFU. My friend is the manager of bar, he told me the information about the cocktail. They joined to the event for cocktail cruise with this at Yokohama Bay. At that event, he said, it was very popular to the guests. About Tofu, they selected good one named �eTOFU ya Johny�f with all beans made in Japan. This TOFU is very different from others. Very creamy taste will make it wonderful taste. I also ordered to my friend in Fukuoka. Mizu-taki is a typical food in Fukuoka. Especial chicken makes wonderful soup with vegetables. It is very good with cabbage. Let's enjoy the beautiful soup with us.
