Ooishi and Tai Chazuke party

 February 21, 2007

Ooishi Shochu is brewed from "Rice" as is sake. Some people who cannot drink Shouchu are able to drink Ooishi. Ooishi is a rice shouchu that is aged in Sherry casks for 3 years, and some aged brandy casks, and then two are blended. A soft flavor mixed sherry and brandy is enjoyable. My father also recommend it.
Ochazuke (Cooked rice in tea) is typical Japanese food, and when there is no time, it is the menu made easily. Also while being able to enjoy various seasoning. The sea bream is especially used as extravagant foods. This time, I ordered sea red bream to Kochi Pref. They have 'Naruto no Uzu' is very famous for whirling waves.
