Ox Tongue from Sendai and Japanese Caipirinha cocktail

Brazilian cocktail 'Caipirinha' is very popular one. It made with the kind of Brazilian shochu 'Cachaca' and rime or lemon tasted with sugar. This time, I arranged with Japanese Shochu and fruits. I also got bamboo shoots it is typical Japanese food. I prepare the rice with bamboo shoots. In my hometown Sendai, it is very popular to eat barbecue ox tongue. This is the reason why the first person ate the ox tongue in Sendai in Japan. These years, following the discovery of BSE in American cattle, Japan suspended all U.S. beef imports in December 2003. It causes lack of the provision. Many of ox tongue restaurants in Sendai have stopped their business. But Japanese government started again to import them, Little by little risen up.
