25 years aged Shochu, Senbei pot and Fresh Grape juice

I accidentally met the sales person of the breweries in Oita prefecture in Kyushu Island. I asked to him about his best shochu. He said his company have good one. It was aged by three different of the barrels, flavor, color and taste. Normally we cannot take in Tokyo area, he send to me. It is 25 years aged shochu. He said enjoy with the ices. This time, I also asked to my friend in Miyagi Prefecture to send the best grape juice. It is so refreshing! For the cocktail, I got the information about new Tofu cocktail. It is mixed with apple. It is very refreshing and good for the health. For food, I ordered Senbei Pot is Oirase chicken soup with Japanese cracker. It is famous local dish in Aomori Pref.
