Taco-yaki is the local and typical Japanese dish in Western part of Japan. Osaka is the most famous place for Taco-yaki. This time, we have a staff Junko is come from Koube in Hyougo Prefecture. She has experienced for long time from her infant age to cook Taco-yaki, and she will serve the typical Taco-yaki with her home recipe. "Taco" means octopus in Japanese. They put it into the mixed flour with tasted water, and bake them. Put typical sauce with some shaved dried bonito. It is just a downtown taste of Japan. This time, I also ordered Japanese strawberry liqueur. It is very good with Shochu.
