Okonomi-Yaki & Habu-shu & Kijou-Shu also coming from west part of japan

Last time, we served Tako-yaki from Kansai. Kansai is also popular for Okonomi-Yaki. Japanese-style pancake containing vegetables and other foodstuff // savory pancakes // thin and flat pancake cooked on a hot plate with bits of meat, seafood and chopped cabbages Junko-san coming to make it because she is coming from Kansai. For the Sake, I ordered special Sake Habu-shu to small island called Amami island is on the way to go to Okinawa. It contains whole of the snake Habu. Habu is the poisonous snake in Southen island in Japan. It has said with people in Okinawa,Amino acid in it is for good for the health blood pressure, fatigue, nutritional fortification. I don't push to you, if you want to try, please try some. Also I prepared Kijou-shu is made with Sake. Normally, Sake is made with ood water called Shikomi-mizu. This one is made with good Sake, it has very good flavor. It will start the rainy season. Please don't worry about it, I will prepare Normal cocktails, too.
