Their Yakisoba is so different from other Yakisoba. They take steamed crunchy noodle is only made in three noodle is only made in three noodle factory in Fujinomiya. It is so good typical Fujinomiya food. There are some places famous for the Yakisoba place in Japan. Yakisoba is noodle cooked with some meat on the big hot plate. We normally take it for festival time on the summer.
This time, I ordered to the shop in Shizuoka Pref. Fujinomiya is the best Yakisoba place in Japan. Their products are so different taste from other normal Yakisoba in Japan. I also ordered Doburoku is non filtered Sake for summer version from Akita Pref. It is heavy drink compare to normal Sake, but it has so much originality for the taste.
