Gyu Motsu Nikomi and Creme pudding Bavarois

This is the best season to enjoy the changing colors of Autumn leaves in mountain area. From north area, it has started already. We Japanese like to have the dishes cooked with big pot. This time, I ordered typical food Gyu Motsu Nikomi "Chitterlings cooked with Miso" in Izakaya "Japanese drinking restaurant". You can see so many Japanese take it in Izakaya. I also ordered some Cream pudding bavarois to Hokkaido. This is so nice and very popular sweets in one of the very popular shopping site in Japan. For the cocktails, I have a plan to serve some green tea cocktails, and some fruits shochu. I will try to serve green tea also with traditional way of the Tea.
