Comparison of Heavy sake and Light Sake

Sake has the deference depends on the area in Japan. Niigata area, they have the taste very smooth and mild. Tohoku area, Yamagata, Akita, Fukushima have the heavy taste sake. This time, I have ordered the different type of the sake to Niigata and Fukushima Pref. Arasawadake is the sake has held in the snow for 6 months in 0 degrees centigrade without any lights, winds, librations. Izumikawa is the very popular sake Hiroki's local name as same sake, but just for the name for local place. Solid, and heavy, but very smooth taste makes me the fan of it. I also make some cocktails with Awamori and sake.
