Kamonabe "Duck boiled in pan" and Tiramisu tart

Step by step, it is getting colder, we Japanese like to have Nabe dish in this season. This is the reason why these kinds of dishes make us warm in winter. Nabe is ceramic pan. You can find so many Japanese are eating Nabe dish at Izakaya "Japanese drinking restaurant". Specially, Kamo "Duck" has so good taste and flavor. I also ordered Tiramisu tart. It is so nice!! For the drinks, I ordered for some typical Sake called "Suigei" and also typical Awamori called "Zanpa". These are very good with Nabe dish. I also prepare some Christmas cocktails. It will be also Christmas party!
