Comparison of two kind of Rice Shochu and Chan Chan Yaki dish

Normally Rice shochu is made in Kumamoto in Kyushu. But these days, many of Sake breweries make shochu also, because Shochu is popular among the Sake lovers. This time, I prepared one of shochu made by very popular sake brewery named Hakkaisan in Niigata pref. I also prepared sticky rice shochu from Kumamoto called Kuma shochu. This is very interesting to compare the two different shochu. I also got Yuzu citrus Sake. It is refreshing very much!
In Hokkaido island, there are popular food called Chan Chan yaki. It is Salmon and many kind of sea food cooked on the plate with Miso taste. It is very good marriage with Rice alcohol drinks.
