- "Bukkake Udon From Kagawa Pref."
- Kagawa is called Sanuki area in old time. Their product Udon "Noodle" is so popular for nice texture. This is very nice to have it just after the boiled; I heard Italian pasta is also same way. Japanese pasta has two kind, "Soba" and "Udon". Soba is made with grinded Soba seeds, Udon is made with flour. This is the reason why Kagawa is so famous and popular place for Udon that when Kuukai "One of the very popular Buddhist Monk" went to China to learn Buddhism, he learned from Chinese people for the way of making Udon noodle, and he had introduced it for them. For other areas, Akita "Inaniwa Udon", Gunma "Tatebayashi Udon", Yamanashi "Houtou" "Yoshidano Udon", Aichi "Kishimen", Nagasaki "Gotou Udon". Please enjoy the nice texture and best soup with Kabosu flavor.

- The person in Toono city in Iwate, they cook lamb meat BBQ for special way. They create the best way for cooking, it is very different from the other area. Make some holes for the bucket, and put the fuel tablet, and put the pan on it. Most popular place for Dshinghis Khan is Hokkaido. But they never do this way. This time, I ordered to send their pan and bucket. Normally, Japanese do not tend to eat the lamb meat because of their strong smell, but their products are not smelly and very soft!! This time, I try to produce Tofu cocktail and Shouchu cocktails for this season.
