"Japanese wine from Katsunuma In Yamanashi Pref."

This is the spontaneous drink service. In Japan, several places are famous for the wine. Otaru and Yuubari in Hokkaido, Tendou in Yamagata, Karuizawa in Nagano, Katsunuma in Yamanashi. This time, I prepared for Katsunuma wine, also Sangria with some snacks. I know about Japanese wine is not best, but these days, they are brushed up step by step.

For next party, I have a plan on 7th June (SUN).

"Taco Rice from Okinawa & Matsuzaka beef hamberg"

This time, I ordered for Taco rice to Okinawa Pref. Normally, we call "Tacos" for Taco in Japan, but I heard it is not right way to call it. But most of Japanese think it's called Tacos, so many of my Japanese friends wonder about there are no Taco in USA and Mexico. In Okinawa, there is the base of USA, so many of people could get a chance to know Taco. This time, I also ordered for the hamberg with Matsuzaka beef. Matsuzaka beef is so popular for Japanese people.

I think this is one of the best quality beef in Japan. Others are Yonezawa, Maesawa, Koube, Hida... This is very popular, so we cannot get so much. Please try to taste each one by one. I also ordered for small bamboo shoots. This season is best season to eat. This time, we will toast them. Rich flavor make you feel very good!
