Sauce Katsu-don from Fukui with Saito-san's curry And Jabara citrus Sake party!!

Fukui is the very famous for the good crab called Echizen Gani And Mackerels. But for the local food, it is Katsudon "pork cutlet ricebowl with Japanese sauce". This time, I ordered to the shop in Fukui Pref. I also try to put some my special curry. I got so many recipe from Indian residence, I hope I could be trained so good. "Natsu wa Kare-Dane!" "Curry is good in Summer!".
I also ordered some Special citrus Sake to the farmer in Wakayama Pref. They have Kabosu and Sudachi also very good flavor. But I heard special citrus Sake is in Kitayama village. I ordered to one of the small company to get it already.
