German wine and German Knoodel With Japanese potatoes

This time, I have a plan to compare to eat German knoodel with Japanese potatoes from Hokkaido. Hokkaido is the vest place for the potatoes, and weather in Hokkaido is very similar to Germany.
This is the reason why I thought it will be good marriage!!
And I also ordered some German wines. Last time, I took French wine for the party.
