This time, I will cook for Louisiana dish called "Cajun Dishes" from Louisiana in USA. I got a recipe from Bergeron-san. I will try Cajun Fettuccine. I will try some Cajun dish also. Cajun food is little bit spicy, so I will prepare not spicy food also.
I also serve some California wine and cocktail for Christmas season called "Fantastic Leman" from famous bar in Ginza called " Tender.
I got that recipe and taught directly from the owner Ueda-san in Tender.
