Malaysian and Singaporean dishes Party with Sake legend

This month, this is the term for Malaysia and Singapore!! We could get the help for our party time with Yap-san and Goh-san. From Yap-san, they cook "Nasi Lemak" and "Chicken curry", and from Goh-san, they will cook some Singaporean noodle. Yes!! It sounds very good!
They know how much spicy is better for all of the residence, so please do not worry about the hotness.
I read on the website about Nasi Lemak, it says it is coming from west part of Malaysia.
I went back to my hometown last week, I normally go to the neighbors Sake shop called "Aoki sake shop" they have No.1 selection of Sake in Tohoku area with normal price. This time, I could get "Denshu" at there. "Denshu" is impossible to get in Tokyo because of their high demand.
I asked to the owner's wife, she said it is ok!! I could get from them.
Let's enjoy with three countries taste!!
