Sakura Party with Japanese spring taste

Sakura "Cherry Blossoms" are starting to bloom now. Plenty of Japanese people gather under the Sakura trees, and enjoying the great view of the Japanese spring with drinking and eating. It is called Hanami.
These months, we did some each residence country's dishes for some food exchange, but I think it is better to back to Japan again for typical Japanese season.
I will prepare the Sakura cocktail and Japanese spring dishes with typical taste for Hanami. We need to do some cost cut with recession, but I will figure out with my good relationship and good ideas, because this party opportunity helps the good relation for the residence I know.
So, it will be not so much selection for the drinks, BUT!! I promise we can make it very enjoyable. I already contacted to some area's Prefecture office in Tokyo. They are very interested in to introduce their regions.
And I got good new friend from one of Liquor shop called "Naito Sake ten" in Gotanda.
He is very good at wine, sake, beer and shouchu. He also awarded "Chevalier" from Bordeaux area. So he says he want to introduce not expensive, but good quality wine, and the drinking sake way to not get head ache and real shouchu's enjoying way to you all.
Anyway, we will support your living in Japan more and more comfortable and enjoyable. See you on Sunday night!!
