Mochi-tsuki

Most of Japanese do Mochi-tsuki for the end of the year season to display and eat for the New Year season. In old time, I used to join to the event to make rice cake with the area community in my hometown. But now, there are very few chances to see and experience them. We are worried about a tradition event of Japan declining. I'm planning to do Japanese traditional way to making rice cake.
Our old member Kuniko she is the master of making rice cake with amazing step by old Edo tastes. On 22nd Jan (SUN), we will do Hiroshima Prefecture event too!!
