For tenant may arrive straight from the airport, the facilities are well prepared. Kick off and relax, feeling at home to start the daily routine on the arrival at the "Apartments 33". Amenity, furniture, kitchen with kitchen wares, CSTV, air conditioning and heating system, laundry and dryer and other equipments are set right in the room. The speedy access to internet, a line is opened to support the business need as well as the private use, and a telephone and a fax machine are provided in each room.

As for room cleaning service, our dedicated staff for cleaning will come in once a week for bed making and all necessary cleaning to keep the room as clean as the day first of your stay.

To enjoy cooking and meals in your room, we have special packages of Asian kitchen (Japanese and Chinese wares), Gourmet package (food processor, mixer, etc) ready at the front desk, to assist your hand made cooking for daily, parties and on special occasions.

Pursuing the better and comfortable life style, "Apartments 33" carries facilities for only the tenants have the access to.

The lounge

The lounge with plasma TV and DVD player is where for all tenants to share a relaxing time and communicate with others.

Business Center

The business center that locates inside of the lounge with free access to computers and printers are also available.

Fitness Gym

In the back of the lounge room stands the gym equipped with measuring meter for blood pressure and fat. Come and try the measuring meters to check yourself.

Mini Library

For those who seek the practical Japanese life and culture, information can be found in the small library with English printed books.

Shared Garden Terrace

The open garden terrace for all tenants to share is located on the 3rd floor. To get some fresh air and be relaxed, this is the place to come to.

Front Desk

Attentive and dedicated concierge service geared to the executive life, with bilingual staff at the front desk to support you on your stay for 24 hours of a day. Services on arranging for taxis and limousines, cleaning, mails and packages requiring the postal service, etc., can be taken care of at the front desk. Basic information on the access to the public transportation, hospitals, schools, ways around and short trips in Japan.

At the lounge located in front of the front desk, complimentary of drinks (coffee, tea, mineral water, etc) & snacks (chocolates, biscuits, etc) service twice a day in the morning and afternoon for everyday.

Additionally, on Japanese cultural occasions, we set up the authentic atmosphere for you to share and experience the great memorable moments of your stay with us in Japan.

Security

Security wise, we basically have the staff patrolling on daily basis, with automated detector panel and 24-hour monitoring set to prevent any intruder from trespassing into the Apartments 33. Also, on fire prevention, the smoke alarm and sensor are set in the ceiling of each and every room that is directly connected to the fire prevention center for the best safety possible.
